It seems like no time at all since I introduced you to Finley, but it's now our daughter's turn. She was born at 5.34 am this morning, in a birth pool in our kitchen, and weighed in at 8lb 14oz. She's spent most of the day dozing and feeding in bed with Libby, and both, other than being a bit battered and bruised, are doing fine.
And I would write more, but we didn't get any sleep last night, I've run out of adrenaline and have become totally immune to the effects of caffeine. More tomorrow :-)
And thanks for all your good wishes over the last few days; they're much appreciated.
Update: it's now Sunday evening, and I don't have anything new to put up, but I just wanted to thank you all for your comments. Libby and baby are both still doing fine and I'm sure I'll be posting another shot of her soon.
Update #2 (Monday evening): once again, thanks for all the wonderful comments. We've had a chill out day today, which didn't involve taking any photographs, but I will put up something new either tomorrow or the day after.
And, after two and a half days, she now has a name: Tabitha Faye :-)
