A few days ago I mentioned that we are going to be offering subscription based tutorials in the near future. If you're interested you can now join our forum where we're starting to discuss some of the relevant issues: content, structure, pricing and so on.

Following the recent update and additions to chromasia it appears that some people are still experiencing problems with the new version, particularly in terms of the stylesheet not loading correctly. If you're experiencing this problem please visit the following page to reset your stylesheet:
We are currently working on a series of subscription based tutorials and training weekends on the post-processing of digital images, details of which are included on this page:

The subscription based tutorials will be published once per month and each tutorial will have a specific theme – ‘toning black and white images’, ‘dramatic skies’, and so on. These will be based on the images I’ve posted on chromasia and each issue will include around four Photoshop files (at the resolution posted on chromasia) and a detailed pdf discussing each image and the current month’s theme. The subscriptions should be reasonably inexpensive and we hope to have the first tutorial available by the end of August.
The training weekends will be available later in the year.

One of the things I’ve done as I’ve gone along with chromasia is mark various milestones and anniversaries – the hundredth entry, the first year, 500 entries, year two, and so on – but there’s another milestone I’d like to mark this evening: more than 1,000,000 words posted in the comments (the millionth word was posted by Jamey).
This is especially significant as chromasia probably wouldn’t be worth bothering with without your input, i.e. I enjoy my photography, but I’m pretty sure that if I didn’t have such a wonderful and committed audience I wouldn’t try anywhere near as hard.
