For the first time in ages, two things came together today: Libby and I both had a bit of free time and all the kids were out of the house (either at school or in nursery). So, rather than make the most of the time (and risk yet more offspring), we decided to go up to Fleetwood beach for a while ;-)

As you can see, Libby is stomping through the background of an otherwise reasonably composed shot and – touch wood, fingers crossed, and any number of other incantations – she's feeling considerably better than she was this time last week so it looks as though we're done with health scares for the time being.

On another matter: I've made some changes to the anti-spam protection on chromasia. Let me know if you have any problems posting comments.
