Don't anyone mention plumbing as, tomorrow, I have to bring down part of our kitchen ceiling to fix a leaking compression joint that was installed by either a plumber with an IQ that you can count on your fingers, a total blithering idiot, or maybe the two of them working together. And I would have chosen to lift the floorboards above the joint only there's a toilet immediately above it :-/
So I've gone off plumbing, not least because I spent three hours today fixing another leaking joint that was obviously installed by the same daft pillock that installed the one I can't reach (mentioned above).
That said, all the new pipework is in and none of it leaks, so things could be considerably worse.
As for this shot, it's of an old fire-extinguisher that's been sat in a dusty corner of our utility room since we moved in last summer. I couldn't bear to take any more pictures of pipes ;-)
