Today was another "oops, I've run out of time to take photographs" day so here's a shot of our two eldest daughters having fun with some sparklers :-)
Update: My wife has just reminded me that November 5th is a peculiarly English celebration, so for those of you not familiar with the Gunpowder Plot and Guy Fawkes' attempt to blow up the Houses of Parliament in 1605, here's the poem/nursery rhyme that inspired the title for this shot:
Remember, remember the fifth of November,
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes
'Twas his intent
To blow up the King and the Parliment,
Three score barrels of powder below
Poor old England to overthrow.
By God's providence he was catched
With a dark lantern and burning match.
