I took this shot a couple of weeks ago and, for some reason, didn't really look at it at the time, partly because I expected it to be yet another "snapshot" taken from the North Pier (Blackpool). But having looked at it I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out. My daughter and I were walking back down the pier watching the mist drifting around Blackpool Tower, and this is one of a sequence of shots I took as we wandered along.

In terms of processing: I didn't do too much to this shot other than to change the colour temperature in Photoshop CS when I converted the RAW file, not to alter the image, but to 'correct' the fact that it looked colder than I remembered .
