I almost used this shot for this week's Photo Friday challenge – Perfection – not because I think it's better than the one I did use, but because the taking of the shot was perfect; i.e. it was one of those occasions when as soon as you see the scene you can visualise the final result. Normally I have a fairly good idea about how I want a shot to look, but on this occassion I knew exactly what I was after. And as far as my own photography goes that pretty much counts as perfection :-)
