I'm not convinced this shot is all that great, hence it's in the photolog category, but I thought I'd include it on the grounds that it's reasonably colourful, and moderately interesting. It's a shot of our daughter's football that has been knocking around our garden since last summer. They rarely play with it, but I'm sure they'd complain bitterly if we got rid of it ;-)
And I suppose another reason for taking it is to do with the fact that we're moving soon. I've found myself taking more and more shots around the house and garden, documenting things that I might not normally shoot, purely because I won't have the opportunity for much longer. And I'm not sure that it's a practice that will lead to any particularly good shots, but it will document some of the things that become noticeable over the coming weeks.
