Chromasia.com gift certificates may be redeemed against our prints, training weekends, or one to one training and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. On receipt of your order we will generate your certificate and email it to you within 48 hours of your payment. Please see our terms and conditions (below) for further information.
To redeem your certificate you simply need to quote the claim code (found on the bottom-right of your certificate). If the value of the item you order exceeds the value of the certificate, you will need to make arrangements to pay the balance. Alternatively, if the value of your certificate exceeds the value of the item you have ordered, we will hold your balance on file until the expiry date of your gift certificate.
This is an example of the certificate that will be sent to you. Please note that our certificates are supplied electronically, as JPEG’s (at a resolution of 600px by 400px), and will be sent to the email address you provide (we will receive your email address automatically if you use the payment box below).
The payment box below utilises PayPal, as it’s fast and secure, and will allow you to pay from your bank account, debit card, credit card or your PayPal balance. However, if you would prefer to pay for your certificate by another means (cheque, bank draft, and so on), to arrange payment. Please note that you will not be able to make a payment if you have JavaScript disabled.

- Chromasia gift certificates may only be redeemed against our prints, training weekends, or one to one training.
- The gift certificate may not be used to pay for chromasia gift certificates.
- The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
- Any unused balance will be held on file until the expiration date of the gift certificate.
- Unused balances may not be transferred to anyone other than the original recipient of the gift certificate.
- If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid in full prior to any print(s) being dispatched or training courses being booked.
- Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
- Normal Chromasia Limited terms and conditions of purchase and for using the chromasia.com website apply.
- In the event of the loss or non-delivery of your gift certificate, Chromasia Limited will replace it, unless i) it has already been utilised for full or partial payment of one of our products, or ii) it has passed it’s expiry date.
- Chromasia limited cannot be held responsible for the theft or misuse of your gift certificate.
